Had a phone interview and the HR Manager was very nice. Once I had the face to face interview, it was disorganized. I did not meet with the three people in the department at the same time so they asked me the same questions over and over and over and even before we started they left me waiting in the elevator banks for 15 minutes. If as a candidate I have to leave a good impression, so does the company and its representatives.

Went through 3 interviews to get ghosted. 1st one was with the recruiter Maoly Gomez which was pretty straightforward and just introductions. I had to reach out to see if I got a second interview after about a week. The next two interviews were technical and behavior. They said I would hear back within a week. I followed up twice and never heard anything. I thought my interviews went well but it's honestly so rude and disrespectful that they can't even send an email back saying they've moved on with another candidate after 3 interviews.

After an initial phone screening, I went through several rounds of interviews, Despite feeling that the interviews went well, I never received any communication from the company about the status of my application, even after following up.
