Reached out to the hiring manager via LinkedIn. Was called a few days later by a Finance dept VP and phone interviewed. Next has a phone interview with the SVP of sales. Next was an in person with the group GM (hiring manager). I came prepared with a presentation and a 90 day work plan. That impressed him. Had a follow up meeting with a VP of product. Was offered a position 3 days later. Total process took about 3 weeks.
