A recruiter reached out to me and scheduled a phone call with me. She asked a few basic questions and we mutually agreed that it wouldn't be a good fit since we couldn't align on compensation.
The only red flag was that there doesn't seem to be clear communication between the team. One recruiter told me one thing and then the next day another recruiter told me something else.
