Several stages, first one is applying through a form with some tasks and questions. When I was selected they sent me some tasks to prepare for the interview day. On the interview day we were doing some tasks with other candidates in groups before the actual interview, which was quite fun.
The Paramount internship interview went really well, and I felt like it was a great conversation overall. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about the role and sharing more about my background and interest in sports production.
