10-minute screening interview with HR, who referred me to the network of best fit. 20-min in-person interview. Pretty basic, just talking through my resume and discussing my interest in Talent and Development. Followed by a brief coverage assignment. Heard back in less than two weeks and accepted offer.

I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
