Everyone I talked to seemed super genuine and just wanted to get to know who you were! Obviously read up on the job role and their company, but it was easygoing and they want to know about you and your experience.

I had 3 first round interviews in a week, and they all went well. Then followed up with the recruiter, and heard nothing for weeks. Very poor communication and I don't think they knew what they were looking for, which translated very poorly in the interviews.
During the interview process, I went through two interviews with current employees at the Account Executive/Director level, where I talked about previous work experience. Also talked with the Manager of Account Managers who I would work with to get a feel for what the position's day-to-day would be like.

The process was long, went maybe 4 rounds in group interview with different people from the team that is hiring. The interview was done over zoom and was scheduled within 2 weeks of contact.
