The process took about 2 weeks. I first had a phone interview. The interview was a simple; It was just to help the HR team find you departments that fit your interests. After we narrowed down the department I wanted, I was emailed to interview with a hiring manager. Basic knowledge of the company is definitely helpful as well as knowing what you want to do after college and the internship.
