One remote interview with the direct manager, two on-site technical interviews, and one remote HR interview on Zoom. Then, there was a contract discussion. The technical interviews were relatively easy; they mostly focused on the projects I had worked on, ways to enhance the work, and how I handle increasing complexity. They also evaluated my behavior. The HR interview was more behavioral and assessed my personality.
