Average process, But it would be nice if the company knew who they want for the position before interviewing,
Instead of randomly putting people through several steps having them pass them all to then rejecting them at the very end due to very abstract reasons.
It really feels they aren't really hiring, but instead fishing for one offs.
Applied via their job website. Received an e-mail and scheduled an interview. Besides general background and knowledge questions, the interviewer explained that there would be a test that would be sent via e-mail.
