R1 Zoom with Recruiter, R2 Zoom with Management, R3 Zoom with VP. Mostly behavioral and anecdotal. They ask a lot about how you deal with problems, clients, and people. Honestly, it was refreshing compared to other roles I interviewed for.

the first round was with a recruiter and they were very nice. however, the second round interview was with a manager and she was not friendly. the interview was really relaxed
