I applied for the Job that specifically state that it's nice to have familiarity with trading but not required and was set up a call with their HR, I wasted my time preparing for the call as they started with "What do you understand about us" & "We prefer product managers that are Crypto traders." Basically, just a call to reject before I even start to talk. This can be easily done via an email to ask if I have any experience in trading. A total waste of my time.
