Had a brief phone interview with the store manager, then an in-person interview with them a week later, and then a final interview with the regional and area district managers. During the in-person, which involved conversation around the job followed by a store tour, the store manager said they wanted to hire me and I would be speaking with the district managers regarding pay. Speaking to the district managers ended up being an interview that felt condescending and purposefully confusing. They said I would hear from the store manager that day but never did. I sent emails to all three managers, called the store, and heard nothing back. Extremely unprofessional, I’m glad I’m not working with people who can’t even follow up after an interview, let alone offer me a job then question the salary I asked for.

Interviewed with several people including a Corporate Recruiter, Store Manager, and Regional Manager. My interviews moved swiftly, and all managers seemed to be in good communication with each other. I was offered a position 4 days after applying. I found the entire process to be pleasant and more conversational rather than question and answer. I felt comfortable speaking with each interviewer, and was impressed by the high regard each had for her company.
