I had been searching around for open positions and discovered that Panera Bread was hiring. I did not know anyone who was working there at the time, but after I began my employment there, I was friends with all of my co-workers. I filled out an application and was offered an interview within 2 weeks.

It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.
