It was fairly easy, I came in and the interviewer had done several other interviews that day that were all positive. She had 7 open positions and basically told me I got the job before I even finished the interview. She called to confirm the next day.

Basic behavioral questions and they take an honest interest in you as a person so be sure to show your personality and the real you.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
