Nice positive supervisors , they give you a free drink before and they always will most likely hire you on the spot. I liked how they allow you to have open ended answers and they all have really good energy while interviewing you

The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Previous experience and how to deal with a difficult customer
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
