Slow, boring, repetitive, robotic. Reviewer did not sound enthusiastic at all. It was a bad way to introduce me to my first job, which continued with the experience which was why I left.

Pretty easy process, usually only have two interviews. They typically ask about previous job experiences and how you handle conflict. One with the DM and another with the RM. Both were done virtually but can also be completed in person.
