I sent in an online application and they called back within a week. I went in for my first interview with one of the shift supervisors. It was very chilled and laid back. I was actually nervous at first, but when he started talking and cracked jokes, i loosened up. Then, i went in again for a second interview with the general manager. This was him more of telling me what Panera Bread is known for and how to do the job.

Interviewer (who was the manager at the time) was a nice person, charming in the way he spoke, understanding, a good listener, and good speaker. I didn't get the job, but he was still very charitable when interviewing me.
