I applied online for a restaurant manager position, I completed the personality test that follows the online application and got an email for scheduling a phone interview the next day. The phone Interview lasted about 40 minutes and contained, besides all kinds of behavioral questions, questions like "what do you know/like about the company?", "which specific location are you usually going to?", "whats your favorite item on the menu?" and "tell me about yourself". Sometimes the interviewing lady was hard to understand, I never heard back from them again.
