first, I got a phone call from recruit agent to schedule phone interview. he mention that if I passed the phone screen, I will get a second interview. one week later, I got a face to face interview with three people, area coach of operation and store training leader. they contact me within a week after the second interview.

Entrevista
Interview had three rounds. First was with a general manager to see if you have the right personality or ambition. Second was with an HR representative. This was to mainly see if you were sane. Third interview was with a panel of managers and regional managers. This was a little more intimidating. Everyone takes turn grilling you on everything you said or have written on your resume. Followed by about an hour of interrogation, you engage in a full day of work to test your current abilities. They make their hiring decision after observing.
