I know that many people come to look at this page to have an advice from the company they are going to apply or they want to enter. I do not want to do this but I do not want this to happen to someone else. I have to say several things so that they understand a little. I work for this company. 2 years before I was already in AM training (assistant manager) I left because they offered me a very good opportunity at 2 years that company was sold so all the employees including the manager changed I decided to return to this company Since I already had a broad knowledge of this company and because I had more experience in management I had a contact with an ACO in Nashville. I live in FL and she told me that I had to see what she told me that the company I would pay the passages a month and they never told me anything again so I decided to pay the tickets for my own money and talk to the aco to see if I could give it up and make the interview pay more than 6 00 dollars to go make that trip because I was sure they were going to take me everything I needed to know about that company obviously I lacked knowledge but something that could be easily learned they made me a watch in one of their stores to see how I handled I went to the store and they asked me a few questions and they thanked me for going until they told me that the week that was coming they told me that was a Saturday even though one of the aco told me they told me on Monday they spent 11 days sending messages and nobody I answered send an email and after 13 days they answered me I mean if they were going to tell me that it had not taken so long I was going to change a whole life I was going to move from town just to work with panda I know it is a good company to work but apparently does not have good people in the head of the company is also that it is not easy to get people who want to sacrifice their lives for a company that is not theirs but there are many people who do it among those I just want I hope that no one else will miss what I am

Lengthy conversation with Training Manager and Area Manager. May be invited to working interview with trainer to show off skills. Job offer after if you are acceptable. Area Manager looked like they needed sleep and was very unenthusiastic. The training manager seemed upbeat and eager to interview. Debra Lee is a joke. You will be bombarded with questions, it doesn't matter how you answer, Debra decided when you sat down.

What are your 3 main values? How do you achieve these in your daily life? Standard questions and then weirdly invasive ones.

There are three interviews: 1. Hiring HR; 2. Area Manager; 3. Onsite preview They are very efficient, the whole process only took 7-10 days, and they expect you to make the decision soon.

Good interview process so far. Couple of interview then they do a hands on w lariat ion in store. After that they do final interview with Regional operations manager. It seems like a lot but they seem to want only top talent.
