The hiring process was fairly simple. I was contacted by the district manager which had me interview at one of their training stores. 1st interview lasted about an hour and next I was set up to meet with the regional manager. I met him at a Hotel and to my dismay they were late to interview me just like the 1st interview. Had me drive up to the hotel for a little bit more than an hour, but it seemed as if the regional manager was not interested in an interview. Everytime he asked me a question and I answered, he made it feel like it was a dumb answer. I told him that I was contacted by the district manager and he seemed as if that was a bad thing. Took me about 3 follow ups to get an answer back, since they dont believe in notifying you on whether you got the job or not. From one interview to another was very fast paced, but spent a lot of my time doing it and with the help of the regional manager making you feel dumb and not even really expecting an interview is not very welcoming. They’re looking for people who have degrees and people who are looking to stay with panda for the rest of their lives.

Lengthy conversation with Training Manager and Area Manager. May be invited to working interview with trainer to show off skills. Job offer after if you are acceptable. Area Manager looked like they needed sleep and was very unenthusiastic. The training manager seemed upbeat and eager to interview. Debra Lee is a joke. You will be bombarded with questions, it doesn't matter how you answer, Debra decided when you sat down.
