Onsite interview experience was good. There was 2 interviewees and they were very respectful Japanese Expats.
The questions were professional and direct to the battery process. Although it was hard to understand them sometimes but they were very respectful.
Very technical, many questions about SPC, process improvement and automation. Good experience overall.

The initial process was a phone screen, followed by a flight down for an in-person interview at the Tesla/Panasonic gigafactory. The in-person interview was with a panel, first a presentation, then followed by questions for approximately one hour.
