The interview process was straightforward and well-structured. I first received a phone screening from HR, followed by an on-site interview with the supervisor and a brief tour of the workshop. They asked about my technical background, safety awareness, and previous experience with equipment maintenance. The overall atmosphere was friendly and conversational.

Easy! Talk with a recruiter. Asked basic questions about skills and how you see yourself working at Panasonic. What makes you an asset and what skills you bring to the job you are applying for. Just be confident and willing to learn the skills the job requires! Let them know you will do what it takes to be a above excellent employee!
Easy, was hired through a temp agency. Went in interviewed with the manager, basic questions, previous exp, when can i start. Pay was definietly negotiable, was offered low and countered with a higher pay and they accepted my counter.
