Applied to Palantir through the careers page. In about a week got a response from a recruiter and scheduled an interview through Karat. The Karat interview was of the following format: 1. Introduce yourself for ~2 mins 2. 3 simple subjective questions about various tasks ~ 15 mins (complexity analysis, why something may/may not work) 3. ~45 mins of coding. They start with one problem and keep adding on until the time limit. The first two were LC mediums and the third one was LC hard. The interviewer was super professional and did a good job explaining the problems. Overall a very good experience. I was able to do 2 problems completely and brainstormed through the 3rd and got some partial implementation done.

It was a OA at first, then a 30 phone screen, then Karat interview, then final round interview. The OA was pretty challenging with the time constraint. The phone screen was pretty chill as you're just talking to recruiter
