I met the company at the MIT career fair -- the reps were all very cool and intelligent and had an excellent recruiting booth. I applied online and got a response within a week to set up a phone screen. The phone screener was not the least interested and throughout seemed all together bored. Their interview process is traditionally 2 phone screens and then they fly you out to Palo Alto for more interviews.
