I went to a campus career fair and gave them my resume, and received an email shortly thereafter to schedule a phone interview. They do two phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview consisted of a couple questions about myself and my background, followed by two technical questions, one coding-based and the other systems-testing-based.
