You usually have to call when at the office doors and let them know you're waiting to go in, or sometimes there is a buzzer intercom depending on the location. The supervisors, hiring team, and office staff are always pleasant and ask how your day is going before anything else. Once in the interview room, the door is left open to make you feel more comfortable. No intrusive questions, but rather they would like to know what your drive to join Paladin is, if you know anyone that already works there, and what your past experience is. I am not sure about anyone else but I was only in the interview for then minutes before the supervisor said, "alright! Let's get you a into a uniform and register you for training." Just like that, I had two shirts, a sweater, a coat, two pairs of trousers, a ball cap and winter cap as well as a belt. There was no air of pretence and the work environment is truly very relaxed.

Very relaxing and no nervous feeling. The interview was casual and most questions were asked around the role of a security officer. People in the office were nice and friendly
