It was a 1:1 interview taken by one of the compamny directors and it happened twice and in the second one, two other directors were also present, they all were quite aware of hiring the individuals and they cross checked the questions which pertined to my past experience and they seemed very friendly, some of the staff for friendly whereas some were quite conservative but overall the office culture seed good and after when I took charge I implemented some changes for the best of interest of the company and for the people who are actually one's who form to make the company so it could prosper and eventually they could too.
