It was only a phone interview by HR and I was asked some basic questions. The position was not what I was hoping to work for so I did not go with it

The interview was 2 round (both virtual) - 1 with the hiring manager and 1 with an HR rep. The interviews were scheduled relatively quickly and they were very transparent about follow up and timelines. Emails seemed to be from a template at first, but everyone was quite nice. I applied to multiple positions and those that I did not get interviews for, I also eventually heard back from those that they had gone a different direction.
