Padharo is a travel sector startup based in Rajasthan and they had come to our college to recruit for the position of a marketing intern. There were three rounds. First being aptitude, followed by a group discussion and lastly a personal interview round. The aptitude round was a set of 20 questions to be done in 20 minutes and was pen paper based. Then for the group discussion the shortlisted candidates were divided into two parts. Our GD topic was Smart City VS Poor People. In the final interview round there were three people in the panel. They asked general interview questions which were all based upon the information that i had mentioned in my resume.
