First Stage: Psychometric Test, you record yourself answering 7 questions at 3 mins each(use the STAR method for answering) then you play 3 games, a math game, memory game and then a sliding puzzle game. Second Stage: They will send you out a prep sheet. This a group interview, I had 3 other people in my group. You start off with a group quiz about the company, generic info you can find on the wiki page,names of important people from the past and present, then names of people in viral marketing. More of a warm up Stage. Then you will have 20 mins within your group to work on a quick project brief. So you gotta come up with a bunch of made up info that isn't based on any facts. Most likely just looking at how you work as a team. After that you will have a one on one interview for about 20 to 30mins. Use the STAR method again. Lastly they encourage you to ask questions particularly while you're waiting for your interview. Do not ask questions here. They aren't taking note of your questions, I made this mistake and got penalised for not asking questions in my 1 on 1 interview because I already asked the team all my questions. Do not request feedback after the interview they just send a generic copy and paste that doesn't make sense. They said I didn't ask questions....I asked a lot of questions....they said I didn't know the company....I answered all the quiz questions. I also knew one person who was interviewed and they got the same copy and paste feedback. So don't bother asking for it.

Great day at Power Tower meeting everyone and four good interviews. Great to get an overview of the different sections of the company. Learned a lot about the plans for growth.
