The first step is a short (30-minute) interview with a recruiter to gauge your fit. Mainly a review of work history with a few questions from the recruiter. Also, the recruiter will give a detailed description of the job. The second step is a recorded video with pre-set questions you must answer. You have the ability to reset if necessary but you only have a certain amount of time to answer.
