Recruiter was great! Upfront and transparent. I was passed thru to the hiring manager, I was expecting a situational based interview with the STAR method. The hiring manager didn't take any notes. When I asked her about the following steps her reply was, I don't know I've never interviewed at this level. The next question I asked was when she was looking to fill the spot as I she was interviewing for her position, her reply was, "I don't know I guess when I'm ready to no longer wear two hats". Very unprofessional. The next morning I received a email from the recruiter stating they were not moving forward. I asked for feedback none could be provided.
