First I had a good interview with the Instrumentation and Control Engineer Manager. He focused on fiber optic communication, data networks (TCP/IP), Voice over IP networks and I was asked about my experience in design and the use of CAD software. Then I had a interview with human resources department, then a psychological test. After all this process they called me to make me an offer.
