What is a scenario where you you had to use your persuasion skills?
I had an interview with my direct supervisor and my area director. The interview was mostly geared towards personality based questions past experience. The interview lasted about 30 min. They asked about 15 questions and also allowed me to ask questions. My answers definitely sparked follow up questions and conversation and the interview flowed very well.

Entrevista
Met for meeting. Then a ride along. We had a lunch and talked. It was a very informal interview process and allowed you to be yourself. Very lax and laid back office vibe, not threatening at all which made it nice and easy to act normal.
