I was referred for this position by an employee of the company. I faxed my resume directly to the hiring manager and was contacted by HR the following day. HR gave me the typical cultural screen and coordinated an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interviewed me first and introduced me to his VP. I received a verbal offer the following day, followed by a forma written one the day after that. It was a very comfortable process. Everyone involved was very professional and welcoming.
