I went to their little offices for my interview and had to fill out an application and bring my resume. Max interviewed me for about 15 minutes, describing their company vaguely and asking typical interview questions. I interviewed for the position of Advertising Associate and he said the pay was either hourly or performance based (whichever was higher). If it was just hourly, the pay ranged from $700 - $1400 biweekly, depending on the individual's experience. He said it would take 6 months of training to get to a management position. The people seemed nice and it sounds like their company is growing quickly. I was called a couple hours later and asked to come to a second interview that would be on the job with a client. I ended up declining due to insufficient pay.
