Had first round with HR then the second with hiring manager. Role seemed heavier on developing Salesforce automation for rev ops than enabling the Sales team but I was confident I could quickly learn anything I wasn't familiar with. Manager seemed engaged, advised of no concerns, and that nothing was preventing her from continuing the process. Unfortunately, I received an email from HR 2 weeks later advising they had decided not to move forward because other candidates were a better fit.
