In the beginning, I was called by the company’s representative and got screened. Since I did well with that, the manager that’s hiring me for this position called me the very next day and he seemed easy going over the phone interview, but then realized that he is very picky and not easily satisfied, which explains why they are always looking for accountants to replace the higher turnover due to such culture. Funny, I thought this is a recruiting company or a CPA firm, due to the multiple ongoing job listings looking for a senior accountant. Later on, I received a follow-up email that they decided to go with someone else, which they didn’t. they just merely relisted the job listing as always.
