I have total 4 rounds of interview. First round with HR on 28 Oct, then written test on 30 Oct; Afterwards, interviewed by 2 department heads on 7th Nov. Last round with director also on 7th Nov, in which I left already but being told to return to the office. For the last two rounds, it takes for almost 2 hours. When I was interviewed by HR, she told me that the results will be announced in late Nov or even Dec. and the director also told me the rsults will not be announced so early, but they didn't tell me at last. They ghosted me for the final results of interview, which is really disappointing. Actually, I believed that a little bit of respect should be given to candidate even if he/she is not chosen on the job, as they spend time to travel , do the test .....
