Initial phone interview followed by an in-person interview. Interviews were standard, but I did not hear from the company afterwards - not even a 'thanks, but no thanks'. I would not apply again or refer the company to someone else - 'ghosting' candidates who took the time to apply and come in for an interview is disrespectful.
