Contacted one month after application submission for an interview. Interview was not as expected at all and had lots of personality questions, very casual attire in the corner of an office. Was told I would know by the end of the week, a month went by with no response, after multiple attempts at getting a response failed I finally got an unsuccessful application email.

The process started off well! I completed two rounds of interviews with team members. Both processes went very well and I looked forward to receiving a potential offer. It then went downhill. The recruiter never got back in touch with me after sending numerous messages over the course of almost two months. My candidate page stated I was still interviewing. After almost 2 months of no response, I received a rejection notice. I felt as though I was protracted and my time was wasted.
