Had two rounds of interview with Puma after much follow up with unresponsive HR and hiring manager. The whole process lasted 2 and a half months. First round went off smooth but the from the second round onwards, HR and the hiring manager dropped the ball. The interviewer did not show up for the second round. HR did not follow up with the interviewer and went unresponsive after multiple follow up emails. After contacting the interviewer multiple times to find out if the role is still open which went unanswered initially, HR mails after a month to submit a project. No information about the brand was given, and the project was not even for the role I was applying for. On raising this concern, HR rep sets up an interview (reluctantly as I had marked the others from the original email) I get interviewed by the hiring manager who verbally shared another project with me which I submitted as per discussed timeline. And again a few follow up emails went unanswered. There was no acknowledgment email from Puma Now I have been put on hold till they find a more suitable candidate, but apparently my application is still in the system, not rejected. This was three weeks ago. Great job Puma, India!
