Then CV got shortlisted and got a email about interview.
Then I got
Interviewed twice.
First interview with the HR then in the second interview I got interviewed by ARM regional Manager with HR
And hence got selected.

Applied online via their website then received a call to arrange an in-person interview. The interview was relatively informal, structured more as a conversation with occasional directed questions to evaluate if criteria was met.
