i have selected for a skype interview, it was wit the hiring manager for that position, for 1 hour interview the overall feedback during the interview was very positive even the interviewer asked me why i want to leave my current position and lifestyle to start a new life in such small town (as she said), but after that they disappeared with no response even with a thanks for the time we spent in that interview.
