They took a telephonic interview which I cleared. Then a case study which i solved 80% Then a face to face inteview with onshore people in which I don't think so I hardly answered anything incorrectly.Then they didn't hire me. The issue is not whether you hire someone or not.The issue however is why are you wasting someone's time if you have already decided in the previous round not to take that person. Why send her for the next round & waste time on weekdays.Understand that the experienced folk has work in his/her previous company too. I reached home 9:45 pm at night & had to work for the current company till late night. Apart from that they don't even bother to inform the result to the interviewer at any stage. After each stage I had to call myself to know the result.If this how you treat people,then I don't where will the company land in future.
