informal interview. 15 minute conversation with the CEO of the company. Had to reschedule multiple times due to last minute changes. informal, and borderline unprofessional. Did not hear back from the company for 3 months despite following up. was asked to visit the HQ in Houston on a Friday for a client job on Monday.

The CEO is a very nice person and everything is determined by him. But they do not follow a formal and normal hiring procedure. They had me to talk to every other employees, it really took a long time. They are not trained professional interviewers , just asked whatever they like to ask. It took me a month, they did not reply quickly, Highly doubt if they really wanna hire or not.
