The process was very relaxed and entirely online. The first call was with the VP of Product, about an hour of unstructured conversation. The second call was with another Product Manager, also very casual and friendly. Everything moved quickly, with both interviews completed within two working days. After the second interview, I had one more call with the VP of Product to agree on signing the contract and other technicalities. There were no technical questions about my expertise. The focus was more on personality. For example, questions like “What was the hardest thing for you?” and similar.
