Colloquio prima da remoto e poi in sede con il manager Italia e hr assistant. Persone molto tranquille e alla mano, che ti mettono a tuo agio. Molto stimolante dal punto di vista umano e professionale.

Questions regarding behaviour and previous experience as a CTA and how I reacted to difficult situations. There were 2 rounds of interviews, one with HR and the last with the hiring manager.
The first was held online via MS Teams. The second was held on-site. No hard questions were asked, but then again I was interviewed for the entry-level position. The first interview is with the HR department, the second is with managers and future bosses.
