I was contacted by recruiter for a phone interview. A few weeks later I had an in-person interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager did not seem interested in my work history/experience. Also, she seemed to be focused on minor details that had nothing to do with the job itself. Outdated processes around the job responsibilities.
